Collective Eye is a united effort created by women and non-binary photographers from our industry, and our community.
We came together during the pandemic and found strength and inspiration in sharing our thoughts and ideas. This podcast is the perfect platform to share these newfound ideas and insights with our wider community.
There is no presenter, no fixed format, no formality.
We take turns to create a conversation, and we encourage participation from members of our collective communities so that everyone has an opportunity to share their voices and ideas. The Podcast Founding team is part of several collectives of women, female-identifying photographers from around the globe. Our goal is to provide diverse voices and topics within our industry.
Our mission is to help amplify the voices of women, non-binary and female-identifying photographers.
The podcast centers around subjects that are pressing and important to us and our audience. Topics range between juggling parenthood and career, ageism, and sexism in the industry to important and current aspects of photography’s journey, among many more.
Our vision is to create a podcast that creates community and a space for women, non-binary, and female-identifying photographers to learn and connect.
We hope these episodes become a source of inspiration and genuine insight into the world of professional photographers and as such can further, support and nurture personal & professional development in our creative industry.
Episodes will be released every three weeks on Anchor and Spotify and will be publicized on our website and on our Instagram account.
